Refund Policy

1. Enrollment Confirmation

Enrollment in any course offered by Events Expert Academy confirms that the student has reviewed and accepted the course structure, delivery format, duration, and payment terms. Once payment is completed, the student’s seat or digital course access is considered reserved.

2. Pre-Recorded Courses (Digital Programs)

All pre-recorded courses and digital learning products are non-refundable. Once access to videos, learning materials, templates, or downloads is granted, the purchase is considered final due to the digital nature of the product.

3. Hybrid Courses (Live + Online Learning)

Hybrid diploma programs include live sessions, recorded content, and practical learning. Refunds cannot be issued once the course begins or once access to learning materials has been granted.

• Refunds are not available after the first live session.
• If course materials or recordings are shared, the fee becomes non-refundable.
• Students are encouraged to attend orientation sessions before confirming enrollment.

4. Offline Courses (Mumbai Campus)

For offline diploma programs conducted at Events Expert Academy campuses, the following terms apply.

• Seat booking or registration fees are strictly non-refundable.
• Once the batch begins, the course fee becomes non-refundable.
• If a student withdraws before the batch start date, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Approval of such refund requests is at the sole discretion of Events Expert Academy.

5. Batch Transfers

In certain circumstances, Events Expert Academy may allow students to transfer their enrollment to a future batch. Such transfers are subject to seat availability, scheduling, and administrative approval.

6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Students are encouraged to contact our team before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider.

• Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to suspension of course access.
• Enrollment may be cancelled if disputes are raised without contacting support.

7. Course Schedule Changes

Events Expert Academy reserves the right to adjust schedules, faculty assignments, or training formats if required for operational or academic reasons. Such changes do not qualify for refunds.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests may be considered in rare cases such as medical emergencies or relocation. Each request will be reviewed individually, and approval remains solely at the discretion of Events Expert Academy.
